Getting started
What kinds of repairs do you take on?
Interior and exterior repairs, recurring property maintenance and practical home improvements: drywall, trim, doors, fences, decks, pressure washing and the running list of small fixes most homes collect. If you’re unsure whether your project fits, send it to us and we’ll tell you.
Can I send photos before scheduling?
Yes. Photos are often the fastest way for us to understand the issue and determine the best next step. If we can’t be sure from photos, we’ll say so and book a short visit rather than guess.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Absolutely. We are intentionally building systems for repeat maintenance, turnover work and portfolio-wide repair support.
Do you provide estimates?
Yes. Start with the estimate request and give us as much detail as you can.
Pricing and estimates
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates from photos are free, and so is the short site visit when a job needs one. You only pay if you approve the work.
How do you price the work?
Every job is priced on its own, so we don't post rates or a price list. You get a custom written quote, itemized into labor and materials, or we price it during a maintenance visit. You see exactly what you're paying for before you approve anything.
What if the job turns out bigger than quoted?
Sometimes opening a wall shows rot or damage no one could see. If that happens, we stop, show you what we found, and send a revised quote. We don't do extra work without your approval.
Is there a minimum job size?
We don't have a minimum, but small jobs are the best value when grouped. If you have a list of fixes, send them together and we'll handle them in one visit.
Scheduling and urgent work
How soon can you start?
We reply to every request within one business day. Start dates depend on the season and the size of the job; your quote shows the next available date.
Do you handle emergencies?
We aren't a 24-hour emergency service. For an active leak, shut off the water first, then call 870-421-1331. During business hours we'll fit urgent repairs in as fast as we can.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Someone needs to be home to let us in on the first day and to walk the finished job with us. In between, many customers leave us a key or code.
What hours do you work?
Mon–Fri 8am–12pm, 1pm-5pm. We give you an arrival window and let you know before it starts if anything changes.
Which areas do you cover?
Benton and Washington counties, from Fayetteville to Bella Vista along I-49 and the towns nearby. The service areas page has a ZIP code checker.
Payment
How do I pay?
You accept your quote online for free. When the job is done, we email a link to pay through a secure checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay.
Do you require a deposit?
No. There are no deposits and no payment plans. Payment is due once, upon completion of the work.
When is payment due?
Upon completion, after we walk the finished job together. We send the invoice with a payment link the same day.
Is paying online safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified processor. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Materials
Who supplies the materials?
We do, in most cases. We buy from local suppliers and list materials on your quote. If you've already bought a fixture or flooring you love, we're happy to install it.
Can I choose the materials and finishes?
Yes. For anything visible, like paint colors, trim profiles, hardware and flooring, we'll confirm your choice before ordering.
