Our story
Two founders from Mountain Home, Arkansas, building a home repair company that does the work the right way.
Built on Care. Driven by Craftsmanship.
Hill & Stone Home was founded by Aidan Sanders and Tucker Davidson, two entrepreneurs from Mountain Home, Arkansas, who share a passion for building businesses—and building things the right way.
Today, while attending the University of Arkansas, we’re bringing that same entrepreneurial mindset to home improvement. Our work in renovation, service, and operations has taught us something simple: great work is about more than fixing a problem. It’s about earning a homeowner’s trust.
Tucker brings hands-on renovation work and a real respect for the care, precision, and craftsmanship that quality home improvement demands. Aidan brings a background in customer service and operations: managing people, coordinating work, and making sure projects move from start to finish efficiently and professionally.
Together, we’ve built Hill & Stone around a simple standard: your home should be treated like it’s our own.
We’re a new company, and we know trust is earned one job at a time. Whether you need a drywall repair, new trim, a fresh coat of paint, or a bathroom refresh, we approach every project with attention to detail and respect for your space. We pair careful, hands-on work with thoughtful project management and a straightforward process designed to keep you informed from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
We believe home improvement shouldn’t feel complicated. You should know what’s being done, what it will cost, and what to expect.
Quality craftsmanship. Clear communication. Dependable service.
That’s the Hill & Stone standard.
How we work
- Show up when we said
- We give you an arrival window and keep it. If something changes, you hear from us before the window starts, not after it ends.
- Price it in writing first
- You get an itemized quote with labor and materials broken out. If the scope changes once walls are open, we stop and re-quote before going further.
- Leave it cleaner than we found it
- Drop cloths down, dust contained, debris hauled off. The last thing we do on every job is sweep.
- Fix the cause, not just the symptom
- A stained ceiling is usually a leak somewhere else. We'll tell you what we see, even when it isn't the job you called about.
